We'll take accurate dimensions, as required, to produce detailed engineered drawings and obtain a building permit. This may include a little poking around in your existing walls and ceilings to obtain all the required information to do so.
We would normally work within normal business hours however, will accommodate our client's wishes. A clean tidy work area will be maintained throughout. This phase would rarely extend beyond 2 weeks and we would not begin another project until yours was completed to your satisfaction.
The last step in any build. This phase includes final site cleanup and final inspections. Once completed, to ensure your complete satisfaction, we'll have a final walk through with you!
